Dong Ding Oolong is a classic Taiwanese tea and a true emblem of Taiwan’s tea culture. The art of roasting is the key to its character—enhancing the tea’s aroma, deepening its flavor, and softening its astringency, resulting in a smoother, gentler profile.

Unlike traditional Dong Ding Oolong with heavier roast levels, this version offers a rich yet mellow taste with remarkable complexity. The liquor is a bright golden-yellow. Upon the first sip, delicate white floral notes intertwine with the gentle sweetness of maltose, followed by the distinctive, warm, and grounding aroma of the roast. The tea glides smoothly down the throat, leaving a long-lasting hui gan that lingers beautifully.
