在一年之中陽氣最重、能量最高的端午節，我們上阿里山去，準備了一批午時做的正陽茶。
以往每逢端午節，阿里山總是下雨；但當年運氣特別好，從早到晚都是好天氣。
一大早，採茶人熟練地採摘茶葉、運送至製茶廠，製茶師傅便在午時的太陽下進行日光萎凋；緊接著，師傅們以純熟的手法反覆浪菁茶葉直至晚上，再分批進行炒菁至隔日凌晨、並接續揉捻。最後耗費數日精製，終於製成當年的正陽茶。

這支正陽茶選用養分充足的青心烏龍茶菁做出奶香、茉莉花、玉蘭花、蔗糖的風味；帶有膠質茶湯以及清爽的過喉感。

2023 Alishan High Mountain Tea 

During the Dragon Boat Festival, a time of the year's most potent yang energy and highest vitality, we ventured to Alishan to craft a special batch of "Zhengyang Tea," prepared precisely at midday. While Alishan typically sees rain during the Dragon Boat Festival, that year, by exceptional fortune, we were blessed with glorious weather from dawn to dusk. Early in the morning, skilled tea pickers expertly harvested the leaves and transported them to the factory. There, the tea masters performed sun-withering under the midday sun. Following this, with practiced hands, they repeatedly tossed and bruised the tea leaves until evening, before proceeding with pan-firing in batches until the early hours of the next day, and then continuing with rolling. Finally, after several days of meticulous refinement, the year's Zhengyang Tea was complete.

This Zhengyang Tea, crafted from nutrient-rich Qing Xin Oolong tea leaves, yields flavors of creamy milk, jasmine, magnolia, and sugarcane. It boasts a gelatinous liquor and a refreshingly clean finish. Such remarkable flavors are truly a testament to the excellent tea garden management, the meticulous craftsmanship of the tea masters, and the blessing of beautiful weather.

2023 台湾阿里山 正陽茶

一年で最も陽の気が強く、エネルギーが高まる端午の節の午時（昼の11時〜13時）に、私たちは阿里山で「正陽茶」を仕込みました。
例年、端午節の阿里山は雨に見舞われるのですが、その年は非常に幸運なことに、一日中素晴らしい天候に恵まれました。早朝から熟練の茶摘み人が茶葉を摘み取り、製茶工場へ。そこで茶師が午時の日差しを利用し日光萎凋（にっこういちょう）を行い、その後、夜まで繰り返し揉捻（ろうねん）と発酵を進めました。翌日の未明には炒菁（さおちん）を行い、さらに揉捻を続け、数日間かけて精製し、ようやく今年の「正陽茶」が完成しました。

養分豊かな青心烏龍（チンシンウーロン）の茶葉から生まれるのは、ミルク、ジャスミン、ギンコウボク、そしてしょ糖のような風味です。
とろみのある茶の湯と、爽やかな喉越しが特徴で、このような素晴らしい風味が生まれるのは、行き届いた茶園管理、丹精を込めた茶師の技、そして恵まれた天候のおかげだと、感謝の気持ちで心いっぱいです。
