This tea's captivating nutty aroma and maltose sweetness come from tea leaves meticulously roasted with lychee wood over a medium-low flame (三分火). This Tie Guan Yin distinctly presents nutty and malty notes, along with a floral hint of orchid. Its finish reveals hints of mango and the characteristic Guanyin rhyme (the varietal aroma of the Hong Xin Wai Wei Tao cultivar).
