Taiwan Mountain Tea is produced from wild, indigenous tea trees that flourish naturally in Taiwan’s highland forests. Growing in harmony with the surrounding native vegetation, these trees absorb the pure essence of the mountains, resulting in a flavor profile that is truly one of a kind.

The dry leaves of this native mountain black tea are slender and wiry, with a glossy, jet-black appearance. The liquor brews to a clear, bright amber-red. On the palate, it is smooth and mellow, offering a clean sweetness accented by gentle notes of fruit acidity and soft woody undertones. The flavor unfolds in layers—rich yet refined. A long, lingering finish delivers a strong returning sweetness (hui gan) and a deep, resonant aftertaste, reminiscent of the fresh breath of the mountain forests.
