2019 Ancient Tree White Tea

Sourced from a venerable 300-year-old ancient tea tree in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and masterfully crafted by a Taiwanese tea artisan. After six years of aging and transformation, this tea offers a sweet and exquisitely smooth taste, graced with subtle notes of glutinous rice and plum.

2019 春 古樹白茶

東方美人品種「青心大冇（チンシンダーマオ）」から選ばれた茶葉です。ウンカ（小緑葉蟬）に噛まれた後、一芯二葉の柔らかな新芽だけを摘み取っています。清らかな白花の香りを持ち、茶湯からは天然の蜂蜜のような香りと、東方美人を思わせる果蜜の香りが楽しめます。
